In accordance withTaiwan's Consumer Protection Act, all eligible products come with a 7-dayinspection period (including weekends and holidays), except for productsthat are legally excluded (such as opened personal hygiene items).
Please note: The 7-dayinspection period is provided to help you confirm that the product meets yourexpectations. It is not a trial period.
Please keep the productin its original condition during the inspection period.
• Please try on yourshoes indoors only, preferably on a clean floor or a sheet of paper.
• Shoes showing signs of outdoor wear, sole abrasion, creases, stains, or othersigns of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Please keep all original accessories (shoe box, dust bag, tags, etc.).Missing items or severely damaged shoe boxes are not eligible for returns orexchanges.
• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions or monitorsettings. Please refer to the actual product received.
【Return& Exchange Guidelines】
• Returns or exchangesmust be requested within the 7-day inspection period. Requests madeafter this period cannot be accepted.
• Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size only.Changes to other styles, colors, or products are not available.
• Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition with all originalpackaging and accessories.
• Each order is eligible for ONE FREE size exchange OR ONE FREE returnonly.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you no longer havethe shipping carton, please place the original shoe box inside another cartonor mailing bag. Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the originalshoe box.
④ Refund
Once the returned itemhas been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed via the originalpayment method.
Please note that theactual refund posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.

• More than 7 days havepassed since delivery.
• The product shows signs of use, outdoor wear, stains, scratches, sole wear,creases, or deformation.
• Missing shoe box, tags, accessories, or original packaging.
• Excessive or abusive return/exchange requests.
• Products not purchased through an official AmiAmi authorized sales channel.

• Minor glue residue,excess adhesive, or loose threads.
• Slight color differences caused by photography or monitor settings.
• Minor dents or creases on the shoe box caused during shipping.

• Damage caused by personal wearing habits, improper care, environmentalconditions, or external force is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Wear, aging, or damage occurring after a period of use is not coveredby the 7-day inspection period or return policy.
